Allah begins creation; then He will repeat it; then to Him you will be returned.

ٱللَّهُ يَبْدَؤُا۟ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَAllah begins creation; then He will repeat it; then to Him you will be returned.
