And that declaration of theirs did not cease until We made them [as] a harvest [mowed down], extinguished [like a fire].
The Saheeh International Quran Translation
فَمَا زَالَت تِّلْكَ دَعْوَىٰهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلْنَٰهُمْ حَصِيدًا خَٰمِدِينَAnd that declaration of theirs did not cease until We made them [as] a harvest [mowed down], extinguished [like a fire].
