And sufficient is Allah as a witness between us and you that we were of your worship unaware."
The Saheeh International Quran Translation
فَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدًۢا بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ إِن كُنَّا عَنْ عِبَادَتِكُمْ لَغَٰفِلِينَAnd sufficient is Allah as a witness between us and you that we were of your worship unaware."
