Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter.
The Saheeh International Quran Translation
يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍWhoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter.
