Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?

ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَIs it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?
