Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden.
The Saheeh International Quran Translation
إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ إِنَّهُۥ يَعْلَمُ ٱلْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰExcept what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden.
