To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is Witness.
The Saheeh International Quran Translation
ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌTo whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is Witness.
